We make accessing therapy simple and flexible, with in-person sessions at our Hamilton office and secure virtual therapy available across Ontario. Our registered psychotherapists provide professional, confidential care that’s thoughtfully tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experiences.
In-person Psychotherapy appointments are conveniently located in West Hamilton, with easy access from Dundas and Ancaster. We are near McMaster University and Hospital, and offer ample free parking.
Online appointments are also available for your convenience.
We offer direct billing with many major insurance providers to make starting therapy as simple and stress-free as possible. When eligible, we submit claims on your behalf so you don’t have to pay upfront or deal with paperwork and reimbursement delays.
